OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL VICE-MAYOR

The Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor shall be responsible for providing technical support, documenting proceedings, preparing reports and providing such other assistance as may be required by the Sangguniang Bayan Members in the discharge of their functions.

OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN

The Sangguniang Bayan as a legislative body of the Municipality, shall enact Municipal Ordinances, approve Resolutions and appropriate funds for the general welfare of the municipality and its inhabitants pursuant to Section 16 of RA 7160 and in the proper exercise of the corporate powers of the Municipality as provided for under Section 22 of.
