JANICE P. ENCALLADO

Municipal Budget Officer

  1. Prepare forms, orders and circulars embodying instructions on budgetary appropriation matters for signature of the mayor.
  2. Review and consolidate budget proposals of different offices of the LGU.
  3. Assist the LCE in the preparation of budget and during the hearing.
  4. Study and evaluate budgetary implications of proposed legislation and submit comments and recommendations thereon.
  5. Submit periodic reports to DBM.
  6. Coordinate with the Treasurer, Accountant and MPDC for budgeting purposes and in the formulation of LGU development plans.
  7. Assist the sanggunian in reviewing the approved budgets of component barangays.
  8. Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribed by law ordinance or ordinance.

Administrative Officer II

  1. Assist in the reviews and evaluation of documents requiring budget availability certifications.
  2. Recording of all transactions processed/certified and updating of budget registries.
  3. Assist in the review of all barangay and SK Annual and Supplemental Budgets.
  4. Preparation of review/endorsement letters and updating records of reviewed barangay budgets.
  5. Assist in the conduct of budget preparation activities and in preparation of executive budget proposals and budget execution documents.
  6. Safekeeping and management of budget files and documents.
  7. Assist in all other necessary functions of the MBO and perform all other functions that may be assigned by proper authority thru guidelines.

CHRISTIAN P. MARIN

Administrative Aide IV

  1. Assist in processing incoming documents and in releasing of outgoing documents.
  2. Assist in the review of all barangay and SK Annual and Supplemental Budgets.
  3. Assist in the preparation of review/endorsement letters or barangay budgets, processing for other signatories, and transmittal to Sangguniang Bayan.
  4. Assist in preparation of executive budget proposals and budget files and documents.
  5. Assist in safekeeping and management of budget files and documents.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
  7. Assist in all other necessary functions of the MBO and perform other functions that may be assigned by proper authority thru guidelines.

MANDATE

Takes charge of the Budget Office and perform the duties and functions prescribed under Section 475 of the Local Government Code and all other guidelines issued by different oversight agencies.

An effective office providing innovative, comprehensive and law-compliant budget management services.


MISSION

To continuously update knowledge on all budgeting and other related fields’ guidelines and issuances and to work closely with other departments on the formulation of comprehensive plans and responsive budget.
