The MDRRM Office shall implement RA 10121 or “Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act 2010” through different programs, projects and activities that promotes gender equality and protects the most vulnerable sectors of society such as women, persons with disability, senior citizens and children among other at the Municipality of Polillo.

A community that is knowledgeable to hazards and effects of climate guided by an effective local governance with an ability in managing hazards, being disaster resilient and adaptive to climate change that ensure social protection for the most vulnerable sectors, economic security and socially inclusive disaster management that empowers women towards sustainable development.

To enable the different stakeholders especially the most vulnerable sector of society in understanding the importance of the effects of climate change and the different hazards facing the community to reduce the risk through preparation, responding properly and how to recover from disaster while building back better and safer.
