Act. No 3753 on the Civil Registry Law has for its purpose, to established Civil Registrar in the Philippines, wherein Acts, Events, Legal Instruments, Código’s and Decrees concerning the Civil Status of a person shall be recorded. Administrative Order No. 1 for the Office of the Civil Registrar General implementing guidelines of the rules and regulations of the said Acts was promulgate for the information, guidelines and compliance of Acts No. 3753 for all concerned.
